Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Dispatch (“Dispatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service — the Dispatch web and mobile applications at askdispatch.chat. By using Dispatch, you consent to the practices described in this policy. Your use of the service is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address, and profile identifiers Google shares for sign-in.

Content you provide. We store the conversations you have with Dispatch — your messages, our replies, and the artifacts generated along the way (canvases, documents, charts, schedules), plus any files or knowledge documents you upload for your custom agents.

Usage and diagnostics. We record service metadata needed to operate and improve Dispatch: which model served a request, token counts, latency, cost accounting, quota usage, and error diagnostics.

Health-related information. We never ask you for health information and we are not connected to any wearable, fitness tracker, health app, or medical record. If you choose to include health-related details in a message — your activity level or weight so the Health assistant can suggest a training plan, or a condition so it knows to refer you to a clinician — that content is stored as part of your conversation like any other message. How we handle it is described in full in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Other than health-related details you choose to type, we do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Incognito Conversations

Dispatch offers an incognito (stealth) mode for individual chats. Incognito turns are processed to generate a reply but are not stored: no conversation, message, or artifact records are kept. The only record is an anonymous usage counter (token counts, not content) so plan quotas continue to work.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Receive, process, and respond to your messages.
  • Generate relevant, AI-assisted replies to your inquiries, which may involve real-time information lookups such as web searches performed on your behalf.
  • Keep your conversation history available to you across devices.
  • Meter plan quotas and prevent abuse.
  • Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the reliability of our service.

How Your Information Is Shared

We share information only with service providers that help us operate Dispatch, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

  • AI model and search providers — the content of your messages (and, where relevant, search queries derived from them) is processed by large language model and web-search providers to generate replies. We do not permit these providers to use your content for advertising.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting, database, storage, and networking vendors that run the service under our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.

Consumer Health Data

Some laws — including the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370 — treat information about your physical or mental health as a distinct category with its own rules. Because Dispatch can receive such information in the content of your messages, we maintain a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describing what is collected, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it. It is incorporated into this policy by reference.

In summary: we do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, we do not use it to train AI models, we collect only what you volunteer in a message, and you can delete it by deleting the conversation or your account. Dispatch is not a HIPAA covered entity, and nothing in the service is medical advice.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Chat message content is automatically pruned from our systems 90 days after it is written; usage and billing records may be kept longer where required for accounting or legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights and Choices

You can delete individual conversations from the app at any time, use incognito mode to keep a chat out of storage entirely, or stop messaging us. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you — including your full account — by contacting us using the details below.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and least-privilege service credentials — to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
